What is the Customer Portal?

The GigaTrade portal is secure web-based hub where traders can access all of their account information: Positions, tradelogs, view balances, and margin; facilitating funding and withdrawal requests; upload documents; request permissions; access statements and tax forms.  You can also contact support and create support tickets from the Portal.
