GigaTrader Workspace Setup

To work with the widgets in GigaTrader, you need to open them in a workspace. A workspace is a customizable environment where you can organize widgets exactly where you need them. Multiple workspaces can be created for different trading strategies. Each workspace appears as a separate tab and can contain one or more widgets. Several workspaces can be opened simultaneously.

The way multiple widgets are organized within a single workspace is defined by a layout. Layouts can be private or public. Public layouts are created and shared by GigaTrade. Private layouts support:

  • Saving the layout for future use
  • Loading the layout
  • Renaming the saved layout
  • Deleting the saved layout

          The layout tabs that were active during your last logout will reopen at your next login.

          To rename a workspace, double-click the workspace title on the tab, enter the new name, and click outside the title field.

          To rearrange workspace tabs, drag a workspace tab to the desired position.
